OPTION 2:

Telecommunications Device Loan Program

West Virginia residents may be eligible for a free CapTel telephone through the Telecommunications Device Loan Program (TCDLP) which is run by the West Virginia Commission for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing to provide free equipment to qualified individuals who have difficulty hearing over the phone.

OPTION 3:

Third Party Certification of Hearing Loss

People who cannot hear over the phone may be eligible to receive an Internet-based CapTel phone at no cost with a signed certification of hearing loss from their audiologist or doctor.
