OPTION 2:

Apply through your State’s Equipment Program

Minnesota Telephone Equipment Distribution (TED) Program

Minnesota residents who have a hearing loss, speech, or physical disability that limits their use of a standard phone, and who meet specific income eligibility guidelines, may qualify to receive a free CapTel phone through the Minnesota Telephone Equipment Distribution (TED) program. OPTION 3:

Qualify for a CapTel Phone at No Cost

People who cannot hear over the phone may be eligible to receive an Internet-based CapTel phone at no cost.  Requires high-speed Internet access and, in some cases, dial-tone telephone service.
