For Spanish captioning – do callers have to call the Spanish Captioning Service number first in order for me to get Spanish captions on the call?

No. Callers can dial your telephone number directly. However, the CapTel must be set to Spanish Captions Enabled in order to see captions in Spanish. You can enable this setting in the CapTel Options list.
