CapTel Customer Service Director Pam Holmes has been appointed by President Obama and confirmed by the Senate to serve as a Member of the National Council on Disability (NCD). The NCD works to promote policies and practices that guarantee equal opportunity for all individuals with disabilities. Ms. Holmes brings considerable experience with communication access matters and an expertise in the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) to her new role as Board Member.
