There are 3 options to get a CapTel phone

OPTION 1:

Apply through your State’s Equipment Program

Missouri Telecommunications Access Program (TAP)

Missouri residents may be eligible to receive a CapTel phone FREE of charge through the Missouri Telecommunications Access Program (TAP) for Telephone Equipment, which provides equipment to qualified individuals who have difficulty hearing over the phone. The program offers CapTel models 840PLUS, 840i, 880i, and 2400i. To learn more about the program or to apply for a free CapTel phone, please contact:

Qualify for a CapTel Phone at No Cost

People who cannot hear over the phone may be eligible to receive an Internet-based CapTel phone at no cost.  Requires high-speed Internet access and, in some cases, dial-tone telephone service.
