Acceptable Use Policy
The CapTel telephone is intended for use by people with hearing loss. People who do not require captioning support for their telephone communications should only use a CapTel telephone with the CAPTIONS feature turned off. In purchasing this phone, you acknowledge that it is intended for use by a person with a hearing disability and you agree that it will be used appropriately for that purpose. Use of a CapTel phone for any other purpose is prohibited.
CapTel 800i and WebCapTel are designed for use within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International calling is not supported.
Long Distance Charges
CapTel 200/ 800 Users: Make sure long distance charges are billed correctly to your calling plan.
