To Apply for a FREE CapTel Phone

Nebraska residents may be eligible to receive a free CapTel phone through the state's Equipment Distribution Program. The program offers both the CapTel 840 and the CapTel 840i.

When completing the form, remember to check "other" under "Equipment Needs", then specify the CapTel phone.
