Kentucky residents may be eligible to receive a CapTel phone free of charge through the state's Telecommunications Access Program (TAP), which provides free telephone equipment to people with hearing loss. The program offers both the CapTel 840 and the CapTel 840i. To learn more about the program, or to apply for a free CapTel phone, contact:
