         <description>&lt;p&gt;Beginning September 1, CapTel Customer Support is expanding its hours to be available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This ensures that people who rely on the CapTel captioned telephone service have access to help whenever they need it - day or night.&lt;/p&gt;
 
&lt;p&gt;&quot;CapTel Customer Service is delighted to expand our service offerings to include all hours around the clock.  The Customer Service team is dedicated and ready to assist our customers at the time that is most convenient for them,&quot; explains Pamela Holmes, Director of CapTel Customer Service. &lt;/p&gt;
 
&lt;p&gt;Telephone Customer Support help will be available 24/7 everyday except major holidays.  As always, the CapTel Captioning Service itself is available 24/7 everyday including holidays.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;June 9, 2011 - Effective immediately, CapTel Customer Service is available to serve customers 7 days a week.  Now people who use the CapTel Captioned Telephone can reach highly-trained support personnel every day of the week.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&quot;People often rely on family and friends to help them get set up during the weekend hours, or to pose a question they don't have time to ask during the work week,&quot; explains Pamela Holmes, Director of CapTel Customer Service.  &quot;As part of our strong commitment to our customers, we're dedicated to providing support during the weekends as well.&quot;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;CapTel Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST).  In addition, Customer Service is now available Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.          <title>Pam Holmes Appointed to National Council on Disabilities</title>

Ms. Holmes brings considerable experience with communication access matters and an expertise in the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) to her new role as Board Member.
