With 1-Line CapTel:
To receive captions on your incoming calls, just ask your callers to dial the toll-free Captioning Service first, then enter your phone number. The call is automatically forwarded to you with captions.

Call-Me Cards that list the toll free voice number are available for you to download. Give these to people who call you frequently, so that you get captions during their incoming calls.
With 2-Line CapTel:
To receive Captions on your incoming calls, simply press the Caption button at any time to turn captions on. There will be an initial delay while the CapTel Phone connects to the captioning service, then you will receive captions throughout the call.
CapTel 800i
People can call your phone number directly and you will receive captions during the call. Just make sure the Captions feature is on - the red light around the CAPTIONS button is lit. Press the button to turn the feature on and off.
