Equipment Distribution ProgramNew Hampshire residents with hearing loss or other disabilities may qualify to receive a discount on the price of a CapTel phone through the New Hampshire Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program (NH-TEDP). The NH TEDP helps people who have difficulty hearing over the phone purchase specialized equipment at little or no cost. The program offers both the CapTel 800 and the CapTel 800i.
