Missouri residents may be eligible to receive a CapTel phone FREE of charge through the Missouri Telecommunications Access Program (TAP) for Telephone Equipment, which provides equipment to qualified individuals who have difficulty hearing over the phone. The program offers both the CapTel 200 and the CapTel 800i. To learn more about the program or to apply for a free CapTel phone, please contact:
